I was like "how's he gonna max offense in this amount of time?" And then THAT event happened. Couldn't stop laughing. It's insane how fast you go. And how fast Hydra charged up!
@@sonicrider321 i mean, it could do with more air ride machines i feel. and buffs to ones that are very clearly considered trash by the majority of the community, like the formula star and the turbo star
@@altreon3608 Fair. I didn't think through since I just couldn't find anything that could be improved from. But hearing about having new rides sounds really bomb if that were to happen. I just played the game so much that I just adjusted to certain stars and just kept playing with friends. But having buffs would also sound very interesting and bring back more people to experiment.
Hydra+ Max charge and turn always equalled victory for me. Max stats? The hydra already has hp that passes the screen and crazy attack power, don't even get me started on it's boost and top speed. But MAX STATS?! I pray for the unfortunate souls whom meet their untimely demise in the wake of kirby's destruction.
Uh no, you can turn the music all the way off. You can even tell it was edited, because the BGM after the fire event was different from the BGM before; that never happens ingame.
do you know if its possible to get all ups from boxes containing the same item? i found online that the secret chamber can have all ups but never heard anything about the boxes containing same items. im personally doing attempts myself and knowing if the box event can pull all ups would make me more hopeful in completing one of these runs
On normal speed, the most I've gotten is 115. The only event helping me out was the UFO. I don't think I earned more than one All in the center of the UFO. Congrats on your achievement! I'd like to try this for myself on slow and see what RNG can throw at me

I never got to play this game because I didn’t have a game cube growing up, but it looks like so much fun! I hope that they would port it to the Switch, possible in the form of a GameCube Switch online subscription like they did with the Nintendo 64. Or, they could have a remaster and just update the graphics and fix machines that were very bad to use.
Having the CPU at a higher level means he's more likely to gain more items by the end but he will be more violent if you get too close. For some reason you end up taking less items from him in spite of him having a lot so it's probably best to keep CPU levels at about 3. Vs Dedede did nothing to the run, but it sucks because it's the worst possible event to show off your max stats :(
Personally, I'd get max stats but minimum weight. I've found that weight just feels like a detriment in case of Hi-Jump. Does anyone know what advantage weight gives?
Also, i used to get minimal weight a lot when I was a kid, but I'd lose every single gliding and high jump challenge. A glider needs to have some weight to be effective.
@@RiskiVR Hah don't remember commenting this. Now I have had 158 3 times. I've been playing this game for over a decade now so I think it might be a game version thing but I'm not sure.
@@RiskiVR Is there no different language versions? I find it hard to believe the one time this happens ends up resulting in a perfect run. But I suppose that too is a far-fetched notion.
@@unovi8141 well yeah there's game releases where the language is changed, but then again, most games are by setting or read from the BIOS language settings. It doesn't affect gameplay at all. I've ran into normal boxes in City Trial and gotten the All power up before, and I use the english one. Even if it's in a different language, it's still the same game.

I know exactly why, but there's actually a lot to explain. I don't know if you've noticed, but you cannot lose power-ups by taking damage if said power-up has a value of less than 3. That's true for everything but HP. Reason for all that is because the value of 2 is every machine's normal stats in terms of other modes for all power-ups but HP. With that, you can power-up your machine 16 times before max with every power-up. The reason HP is different is because having 2 stat levels less is a major disadvantage on certain machines (like Compact Stars would be equivalent to like one hit). It's basically the same thing with the first two items to bring yourself up to standard taken off.
seems very legit, he sure knows a lot about the game physics / mechanics I can tell and he also made mistakes very obviously, like stopping too early to get a patch and bad accuracy. But this was on SLOW MODE, and then edited to normal speed so it's more fun to watch. Its way harder on normal speed.
