※私はアーケードスティックの操作が上手く出来ないのでPS4の純正コントローラーを使用しています。
(I use Official Sony PlayStation 4 Controller in any fighting game because I can not use arcade sticks well.)

1ゲージコンボ以降からは回収したゲージも使うコンボも含む場合があります。
40キャラ近くいるので全キャラ作る予定ではありますが、時間はかかると思います。

Hello, I don't know how to read KOF commands so I wanted to ask y'all, what do the numbers mean? For example "2141236PP"?

Look at the numberpad on your keyboard. Its the directions based on inputs from a keyboard. PP are both punches (weak and heavy), same for KK.

The numbers mean the direction in which you input the move. For example: A 236P is the equivalent to a quarter circle forward with the letter P meaning punches. It's based on the numpad on you're keyboard so if it says 4, it means that you need to hold back, 6 forward and 5 meaning neutral and so on. . In this video LP and LK mean: Light punch and light kick and HP and HK means Hard punch and Hard kick. So with all that in mind with the example you used: 2141236PP the input should be: Quarter circle back and then quarter circle forward in a quick motion with the 2 punch buttons.
