Oh wow, a beautifully executed midcentury modern aesthetic! The design of the reading lights over the bed and the floor-level lamp in the same room (reminiscent of Noguchi) work well together. What a lovely and comfortable suite! When you showed us the free space afterwards I was pleased to see the molded Eames chairs -- I would have chosen those myself. Congratulations on getting your cute stuffed cat from the claw machine!

いいフェリーだなー 最近の新造船は内装がいいよね。 長距離フェリーは結構情報があるけど、こういう短距離のフェリーは情報が余り無いので動画にして頂いて感謝しかないです。

If you were a weary traveller I can imagine the bed for a short nap being useful but on such a short trip I fear it is wasted. Alternatively it could be a lovers nest I suppose .. who knows. Anyway a nice alternative to a long train ride. Thanks for sharing. Bushyboy Oz.

I love your channel! I've been a subscriber for quite a long time now! I watch on my big screen TV so I'm living & traveling vicariously through you! LoL! I can not comment on my tv as there is no keyboard! However I always give you a Thumbs Up 👍🏻 & I save your videos to a playlist I made, called "Traveling, places I wish to go!"! Today I pulled out my tablet to comment on this video! (Oh I think I commented on the rabbit island one too, now that I think of it !? That was fun! All the places you go are fun!) This Ferry , is very nice! Wow! the sunrise over the ocean view is spectacular!! I truly hope you two were able to get some great still shots!? You cld prob blow up the photo &:frame it to hang in your home as art of this beautiful sunrise!! I'm not really sure though, why they made a brand new ferry for short distances w rooms to sleep tho? When it's only a trip of 2 hours? Of course I can understand A private room, especially if you have children and small baby! Now that I think of it, a person could take a nice hour & half power nap!! But Did u see the way the bed was made???? It looked like someone had already laid down on it!!? Do they change the sheets and bedspread after each customer? That bedspread was ALL Wrinkly! Someone had been sitting or laying on it! And the worker unlocks the door! LOL when I expect to come into a room I paid for, I expect the bed to be made w fresh clean linen and the bed made pristine w no wrinkles on bedspread! That's how it's done here in USA! I've seen you stay in lots of places, sometimes your bed linen is folded in closet & the employee will come make bed for you if you like or you have a bed w the linen folded at the end of you have had a bed ,& & it was made perfectly clean crisp e out wrinkles!! This is the first time I've seen a place you are paying $115 per person for two hours ride & they give you a bed that's wrinkled!?!? I truly hope you told them about it!?? OR I truly hope that one of you Two sat on the bed B4 you filmed!!!?? Haha By the way Your Editing is Amazing! I wish I knew how to do that! I love how you put the English Subtitles at the bottom for me to read along what is going on ,and your thoughts, etc, instead of you just talking thru the whole video as some do! You let us hear the sounds around you! I love that! I also love when you are amazed and make that sound or when your speaking to someone! I would only like to know when you took the video, what day, date, month year time, not just when you uploaded please!?! Just wanted to say great job, I enjoy your videos immensely! Thank you,! Today it's sunny and spring like this morning 55°F but it will get cloudy later ,rainy then tonight very cold where tomorrow morning it will be winter again have frost on ground and some areas might see flurries of snow! But then 2 days from now it will go back to summer and 75° F. Temps! So it jumps to all four seasons in 3 days and I just need it to Choose a season already! I got the first to use a suite for the maiden voyage of this ferry last year. The quality of this ferry is very excellent. The view of the ocean was beautiful. But the big bed of this room was so comfortable and I slept a lot while I was on board.😅

昔はよく八幡浜～別府のフェリーを使いましたがいつも二等雑魚寝スペースに荷物を放り出して屋上デッキや売店をうろうろしていたので一等個室とは無縁でした。

I’m surprised a ferry deployed on a 2h50m voyage would even have a stateroom suite with a king-size bed … am I misunderstanding something? Does the ship perhaps make additional stops all along Japan’s coast, and you simply disembarked at an early stop? Because otherwise, I’m confused. The ship is gorgeous, no doubt about that!! And I’m not directing criticism at you: your channel is great! It’s just that, aside from travel vloggers, I have trouble imagining who the clientele for this stateroom would be…?

I think this is my favorite cabin of all the ferries. To bad it was for just a short time.

凄く綺麗で広い部屋ですね。でも2時間40分なので広さもベッドも手持ち無沙汰になりそうです。L字ソファと窓のところだけ切り取った個室で1/3くらいの値段なら是非利用してみたいのですが…。 私は車ってこともあり三崎・佐賀関間で1時間程のフェリーの方によく乗ってたのですが、空いてる船内でデッキに上がったりいろんなタイプの席に座ったりしてるうちに着いてた思い出があります。こんなに綺麗な船ではなかったですが。
