As someone who grew up in an abusive household, I really appreciate what you have done with this video. I hope this is a series and you can do more comforting once the child is used to you. I understand that as a stranger the kid wouldn't trust you enough to let you hug them but I can tell you from my own experience, if I had half the affection and physical touch that I should've had maybe I wouldn't have grown up being so touch starved as I was. Anyways, thanks for being willing to do a script like this.

Oh dear I just got flash backs to when I went to a doctors appointment a few months ago and I was drawing one of my OCs and the doctors assistant like the one who checks you in and stuff was like can I see what your drawing? Because I use drawing as a coping method for my anxiety now for context my OC violet is a demon and I love drawing horns so she took a look at my drawing and goes have you ever considered therapy? thank you for this!! I had a kinda rough day cause I found the little painting I did of a trans flag (I’m trans but my parents just tell me I’m not and yell at me) was ripped up and thrown away by my parents so that kinda made me really sad but this brightened my day a lot :]
