I have a basic idea of the scenario, considering the other songs too. (Writing this I'm probably making a couple assumptions about what you know about Evillious. Feel free to ask other questions, there's a lot more stuff going on in this series.) Uh, definitely spoilers, but mostly kept to the early-ish pieces of the timeline: This song is from the perspective of Irina after the first two rounds of Project MA failed. After Seth revived her by placing her soul in a plush cat, he leaves for other projects (and eventually dies but we don't have time to unpack that just yet) and tells Irina to continue forth with these experiments. While Irina likely attempts to become human again, her main motivation is revenge. After Irina "won" the competition piece of Project MA, she was fatally injured (thus Seth reviving her), and she blamed Elluka. (I refuse to get into the "jealous of her brother's love" subplot going on there. But it's... there.) Not only does she blame dying on Elluka, but also for stealing away her brother... While revenge is what drives Irina, there is no world where she gets it. Elluka is actually still dead, and she's not the one who "killed" Irina. Instead, Levia is the one who came back in Elluka's body, believing herself to be amnesiac, but the real Elluka nonetheless. This song isn't so much of a direct story as it is an exploration of Irina's mindset and general actions. Basically, what she's up to while all the other bizarre story stuff is going down.
