I know it isn't a Japanese concept, but my favorite omelette to make is one with cream cheese and green onions for a filling. It is so delicious. You might want to try that next time Costco gets hold of you near a kilo of cream cheese...
We use cream cheese in my house over crackers with sliced cucumber and a dash of salt and pepper. Or in dips like a warm crab cheese dip; you can bake it in the oven for a fun bento side. We use phyllo dough cups and fill them with crab and cheese mixture. Yummy!

Thank you for your message!!! It was so big that it was hard to eat up😅 I love Costco, but next time I'll buy cream cheese in a normal size at the supermarket, haha.
Thank you for telling me, ginger! In Japan, they are collectively called spaghetti or pasta, so I didn't really understand the difference between tagliatelle and spaghetti.I’ve learned a lot from you!!!
ok, you're so adorable, but these where not spaghetti, but tagliatelle. It's really like calling tonkatsu every type of dish with pork. There is a completely different profess of processing the whole grain to obtain these two tipe of pasta, spaghetti and tagliatelle. Take a look to the differences, it can be very interesting!
