Ghost story in Japan The monster that appears in the public toilet asks questions. Here are red paper and blue paper. Which do you choose? Based on the tradition of being written and composed with lyrics.
In case you're curious, this is based on a Japanese urban legend about a ghost named Aka Manto who wears a red cape and a mask. It is said to show up outside of the bathroom stall and ask if you want red paper or blue paper. If you choose red paper, he stabs you to death while choosing blue paper causes him to suffocate you until you die, and trying to trick him or tease him (such as picking a different color of paper, such as green paper) will result in him dragging you to the spirit world. That said, should one wish to survive an encounter with Aka Manto, replying with "no paper" and rejecting both options or ignoring it will cause it to go away.
This song is based on the legend of the Aka Manto, a japanese monster that shows up at public restrooms and asks its victims, Red Paper or Blue Paper? If you choose Red Paper, the creature will stab you several times ro death, with your red blood splattered everywhere. If you choose Blue Paper, the creature will wrap the paper on your neck and will began strangling you, turning you blue from lack of oxygen. If you choose another color that's not red or blue, it will grab you and send you to the underworld. The only way to survive is simply not to choose any paper at all, and the creature will go away.
Damn queen sings a whole opera while holding back from pissing herself, lol. You have to admit - the high notes sound amazing in this song (an example of Miku being used in a right way). Really conveys the feeling or anxiety and nervous breakdown. Wonder what will happen if you refuse any of those toilet papers - does the ghost leave you alone, or...?
I'm not sure who's all seen Ghost Stories but that's what this video reminds me of when Satsuki and the gang had to fight that toilet monster who would ask it's victim for red or blue paper.
