Excellent video! Thank you. Love your content! I fell in love with japanese music of the 70s & 80s listening to Masayoshi Takanaka first then all the others like Tatsuro Yamashita, Kazumi Watanabe, Issei Noro, Toshiki Kadomatsu and more.
I really like mood of the beginning, is like a slow, jazzy and kind of fancy progression. That's why I love your channel because you look at ways that many people can't see (or only me) and putting those chords is like magic. Also you explain what is going on. For that reason you are my favorite teacher.
thank you TOMO you tech me a lot,I have leran a lot from your video,I'm a arranger from china 。when I star to write something I will always thinking if tomo was writing that thing ,what will he do?thank you so much ,becuse when you make a video, you always will show why you do ,when you do, what you do.thank you to tech me your logic!
Tomo san, I always enjoy your lesson video on youtube . Thanks for your exposition of guitar technique for Tatsu Yamashita’s songs. I really like his songs and arrangement, especially awesome playing rhythm guitar and stable rhythm section. He is not only a good music composer ,also a great rhythm guitar player in Japan. My opinion, he is one of the best player like Paul Jackson Jr. 今後も、お願いします
Tomo sensei! Can I request you describing for an another Tatsuro Yamashita’s song? It’s “Love talkin' “ in his album “For You”, B side tune of “Sparkle”. I really love the song and the rhythm guitar cutting pattern like a polyrhythm funk music kind example Parliament or ZAPP.
Thank you very much Tomo!! I was a student of Berklee online songwriting course from2016 and I continue studying composition bymyself . I always struggling, “this phrase is the same of that song,” “this chord progression all same as that song, is this the imitation or plagiarism ?” The words of this video encourages me very much!! 🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I really like this chord progression, it's so cool. I've been learning a lot from your videos and listening to city pop and just having fun. Thanks for the videos
Mr. Fujita and your guitar wisdom do you teach the principles and how to set up your first pedal board multi effects? Every guitar player needs that and on case I don't know where to start. Question like why overdrive first and distortion later or vicerversa. I'm really confused on these set up. Thanks a lot for your great lesson as always be.
