Bonjour, France today is a full-fledged bistro, La Pour au Po, with the remnants of the Les Halles Paris Central Market.
Opened in 1935, the traditional bistro, La Pour au Po, has been replaced by a new owner in 2018 and still retains its 80-year-old interior.
It is one of the only bistros in Paris that retains the remnants of the Paris Central Market, known as the Parisian stomach.
