​@@shuyotirah9132 you can check out the main synthv website for info about the editor itself, and for more info on saki, there's a listing of all the vocals where you can find saki and it'll send you to her ah-soft page (though i'm pretty sure its in japanese only). also dreamtonics has a youtube channel where they showcase each new generation

@@Coffeiix they still couldn't. there's no way that they could sound this human without vocalistener or melodyne. their voices are great and the best of vocaloid 5 but this....this is just insane to listen to

coffeiix, you still have to make manual adjustments to an AI bank to come out the other end with this result. The AI model only does so much.

More like.. they can but they don’t want to. Or at least Crypton doesn’t. I personally don’t see the point of wanting Vocaloids to sound human.

Maybe so! I'm sure that someday others will take inspo from Snyth V like* Synth V did with previous synth software. I think a lot of credit goes to the tuners though, particularly showcased in UTAU and some tricky VOCALOIDs like Cul, they demonstrate being able to work with even the wonkiest of tools! :) You can't really make anything sound innately human without human input, I think thats shown in some face expression AI. Maybe someday we can but I don't see a software being able to be fully functional without our awesome tuners!

@@orinom4128 I do agree with you. The default-settings, and even all adjustable-parameters thus-of, just aren't enough to enable "true humanity" in the click of a button. The default vibrato is too slow, and on-top-of that, real singers can offset their vibrato to either side of the root-note, like Ariana Grande (above-only) and the lead-singer of ABBA (below-only), and Vocaloid doesn't let you do that without that pesky pencil-tool. Nobody wants to sit there for hours trying to draw the perfect envelope. Finally, real-singers' notes never "portamento-between" each-other, there's always a pitch-hold before a riff starts, and after it ends. Vocaloid's tools are too inferiourly-basic to easily pull that off.

But yes, I do believe that Vocaloid5™'s Style-presets were a huge start in the desired direction, but the overall quality of the phonemic-transition-handling is aweful in every consumer-Vocaloid™-product to-date, whereas Synthesizer V and even Vocaloid AI are so real that they're almost entirely indistinguishable from us real-humans! (Well, I'm actually a cyborg with a custom-designed, specialized vocal-chip, but you get the idea.)

ありがとうございます！今回はできるかぎり原曲に似てるようなMIXにしてみました。SakiAIの音質は本当に人間に近いので、人間のボーカルのようにMIXしました。

コンプの掛け方が気持ちよすぎます。 人間のボーカルしかミキシングしたことないのですが、ボカロもオートメーションとか書くんですかね……？

I'll keep "vocalsynth" in mind next time I'm talking about SynthV though, so thanks for correcting me!

I think another thing is there's a bit of feel like the voice is cut in half at times. It's high pitched but you can still hear a bit of a much deeper and stronger voice beneath it, whilst the main pitch feels weakened.

I think the thing that gives this away is that voice synthesizers always sound really nasal for some reason
