Those who call their creator mama usually call themselves siblings if they were created by the same mama, there are actually quite a lot of holostars-niji siblings! (Rikka with Hayato and Ver, Shien and Hex, Oga with Mysta and Shu, Aruran with Lain and Ririmu, etc)
