her flexibility is awesome for someone that doesnt do gymnastics only her posture is not right but is totally normal since she is not trained... she did an amazing job for an amateur

PhanefromBabylone no, she did Chinese traditional dance. Which has similar foundation of ballet. Ballet wouldn’t allow chengxiao to do flexibility and tumbling and all. Traditional Chinese dance incorporates, gymnastics, and ballet.

Even if she trained herself, at the end of the day they're judged based on their "performance" during the competition. The point of Rhythmic Gymnastic that their scores are based on their technique and execution, where ChengXiao did hard techniques by her flexibility and "anything she can do" with smooth dance step and execution. I really appreciate CaoLu's work and training for this that it makes her get the silver. I hope she could get better and better as well❤

CX practiced for a month but whatever

Her routine was creative and I'm sure she worked hard but her technique was not fantastic. At the end of the day it's all up to your performance on the floor, doesn't matter how much you practise... even if you practised for months but make mistakes during the competition, then there goes all of your points. The other girls did a good job, and Cheng xiao deserved her win based on performance.

I really am not trying to sound rude, but the proper term is "hoop". The apparatus for rhythmic gymnastics is not a hula-hoop, it is a hoop. It is made of different material and for a different reason.
