I actually have a theory involving this song, I think Hunter has done a similar rituals before. I say this because we always see Hunter with one of his eyes covered, which we all must have assumed that was a hair style choice. However if we look at that one group picture(Ignoring the upside-down children), we see that his Hair had been combed back, seeing both of his eyes. As we see in the description, Hunter is somewhat Paranoid when it comes to Halloween. So I think that every Halloween he does something more damaging than the last- My evidence also involves Hunter himself, cause he is somewhat Paler than the other characters. So maybe he used to do Blood Sacrifices, but as fear grew over the years he Sacrificed one of his eyes- and covered it with his hair to not scare the orphans. However this year he couldn't calm himself enough, and grabbed a gun instead.
