素敵ですねぇ、私も100年ほどの家を持て余しています。リノベで住みたいと思ってはいますがかなりの大金がかかるようだしこんなに素晴らしいリノベーションをしてくださる方も見当たらない。持っているのに生かせないって辛いです。本当にうらやましい。

This home is a living piece of art. The art is in the classic/timeless design and structure. What makes it so special is the family who lives there and gives the home life. I really enjoy these home tours and especially the interviews with the family regarding their decisions in choosing materials or placement of windows. In America, we build homes that are essentially large boxes to put our items in. Japanese living is more purposeful and meaningful. A strong well-built purposeful and meaningful home provides the roots for a long and happy life….for generations.
