Great OP and Ending. I rather like how they've skipped the intros for a better pacing, and keeps people who haven't read it wondering. As long as they keep the occasional flashbacks into what happened to Hajime and it isn't already over and done with intros. I am completely fine with ep 1 but there is one problem the pacing is alright, but the emotional weight in the episode was butchered severely. I wouldn't have minded having a slow start and getting to know Hajime and his class before his descent into the abyss. We (well, anime onlys anyway) don't know the motivation behind the stray shot, Hajime's heroism against the behemoth felt very downplayed, the abyss was very fast where as in the LN I felt that it was a slow arduous process. There are some anime where skipping the introduction scenes entirely are beneficial, such as Hai to Gensou no Grimgar. But here it just ruins the emotional weight, the anger and sadness feels very shallow because we don't even know these characters.

Playboi Carti honestly, i had the same thought at the beginning, so I started off with a digital piano, and it would be more easier if you start off with simple classic songs, because for example, Fonzi's arrangement, they have a lot of fast auctives so they are hard to play. So i highly recommend starting off with classical songs. They're actually enjoyable if you can find the right songs!

Not related to the source material, but your hands are kinda like Theister. I wish you have something more unique in your future vids using the Grand Piano. So that we can distinguish you from other mainstream AniPianist. Still prefer you than other AniPianist tho💖
