@@AJ-dx6bn wow so you think if other people have created robot more advanced than us so does that mean if we want to make a robot we should not make our own robot wow
Isnt that a joke? Elon musk doesnt even look like he likes anime that much I mean how much of a weeb has he shown? Except wearing a kakeigeru T-shirt? And some tweets? When has he last mentioned anime again? Yeah.. don't think so.
Pretty sure the “wobbly” is intentional. Can’t see it properly, but it looks like she is on wheels, which on a flat surface would be real smooth. It might be there to imitate a person’s walking gait. Also first thing i noticed and i liked that small detail to it. Adding slight arm sway timed with bobbing could improve the waking effect.
Yes apparently they do track. The eyes already do a lot in portraying the expressions of the face but even adding a slight movement of mouth would make her it much better. Some servos would probably work.
Its actually pretty simple if you think about it you just need materials to build it which is not a lot of people have since its expensive. But all this has is facial tracking in the eyes which is already in our phones they just installed it here and some basic robot engeneering that can be found on toys since 90s
@@nobody4y I'm not sure if it can get much different from this if the goal is to make an anime robot. If the eyes were made of anything else it would look even more uncanny. Can't put the cameras in the eyes either, that would look creepy. We can already make robots walk bipedally but that would drive up the price exponentially
Imagine the Japanese man who married Hatsune Miku when he sees this.... All jokes aside, this is very impressive due to its complex programming. I have seen your video with having them serve drinks and handing out cafe menus. If this becomes very successful, I can see this spreading to many businesses worldwide, as well as financially well off people buying private ones for their own use in their own private homes and properties for various simplistic entertainment to complex tasks. I can see cheaper models being made for middle classmen/women as well to do basic tasks for them such as finances and being a conversation companion. This might be a popular entertainment piece for children as well. Imagine developing a robotic nanny like in many movies and media. I could see them having cameras in their irises so the parents can see live feed whenever they wanted to access it, as well as home defense features such as being able to disarm robbers and other unsavory types. Think of Ghost in The Shell meets cute innocent looking babysitter bots. You make it look harmless and innocent yet it can be able to be programmed for home defense and is able to independently call emergency services through training commands. Though, if not careful to take care of malfunctions, it could unintentionally harm innocent people. I'm glad it's just talks of ideas and prototypes right now.
@@rezaracer6239 yes. I can see that as well. Special medical bots to care for those unable to walk and do other things as well as to assist the elderly. They would look so cute and friendly too! 😁 Though maybe make them not so childlike looking and have diverse looks like adult ones and the childlike ones for children in children's hospitals to help out and entertain as well. Maybe it would brighten things up a little and make people's lives a bit better. Maybe have ones to help with mental health as well. Requesting for a special medical card so you can have a companion/caretaker so it costs nothing for the medical ones that are needed for these people should be an option as well. All you would need is an evaluation and have one that suits your needs given to you. Repairs and matinence would also be covered by the card as well.
lol the sister on the background is kinda salty they did not picked her xD Honestly, for me, they are so expressive, it really feels as if they were truly alive!
Main Cafe robot look so cute and one particular thing is if they ever come to Canada instead and hopefully these robots give me a very helpful just to hold people's hand like this it's just like a fall in love with the robot like this
How it walks is with wheels (I think) and somewhere near it waist it has a area to bob up and down to give a more natural walking style. My speculation
