This was a very informative video done well it explained a lot of things that aren’t put in other videos and should be, there is so much to learn about becoming a sushi chef, or even to do yourself, I thank you so much for posting this video. 👍🏼
先ず食べるときサーモンを常温にしないことです、もしくは冷凍のサーモンを解凍したら日本酒プラス塩(3%くらいの塩酒)で洗うと臭みはかなり除けます。 Do not let the salmon stay at room temperature when you eat it, or wash the frozen salmon after thawing it with sake and salt (about 3% salt sake) to remove the smell.
