In these simulated interviews, the candidate kept her eyes downward and apperad just reading the well-preapared script(s). She scarely looked up and talked to the interviewer. She did not even smile. We understand that this is a demonstration of competancy-based interviews. But, the candidate appeared very "dry" ... as if she were a human robot. Would she appear to become a good colleague to the interviewer.
