Definitely NOT your typical Briggs & Stratton repair job. Would look great with a new paint job. But it probably be dragged off to some field that needs irrigation, instead of being displayed in a museum.
Yeah that what I was thinking too. All that soon changed as those white shoes got their baptism. Right up there with the white gloves. Gotta had it to him though, look what he got done on a budget.
Like the video, but I did not understand how the piston rod 2.18 was firstly on the crankshaft. Then, when the crankshaft was pulled out, the piston rod was already dismantled 2.25. I dont like this kind youtube versions to make likes.
No farmer uses these engines today. In Japan, the spirit of Wabi and Sabi is important. ↓Many Japanese collectors do not paint :) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-SZ-8z0hUIVo.html
@@garakutadou Oh wow! I learnt a lot!. I had heard of wabi and sabi with ceramics only. Totemo Omoshiroi desu/deshita. I like this - to repair but keep the marks of time, I like this very much! But bit sad that no farmer is using today - the engines look like they want to work hard when you are finished :-D. Domo arigato gozaimashita.
