Lots of things to say about this video. But I will only say a few: Athena's combo is absolutely RIDICULOUS. K' is still badass with his combos. I really think they could've done a LOT more with Clark rather than spamming Gatling Attack all the damn time. And of course let's not forget our Mai, who is sexy with her combos as always. Awesome game! :D
@lolwhat19 These combos only aim to show skills, doesn't mean some characters don't have death combos. One perfect example is Kusanagi's maniac combo, in which HD gauge was only used to drive cancel rather than enter Hyperdrive mode.
@thirdkratos When HD gauge is activated, Neomax will only take 2 gauges instead of 3. This makes all combos using Neomax in this video are not practical on the arcade. Also some moves have been adjusted, so nearly all combos in the video are not practical on the arcade. If you really want to see the combos for arcade, you can check KCE KOF13 combo conclusion if you like.
@KellyNUTS They work on generally everyone. Hitbox isn't really needed for 3/4ths of these combos just 5 bars and a full HD. Heck these were done while this game was in the arcades. But I do agree fix the netcode a bit.
I dont think anyone even have the guts to pull this off in an actual match, its not just too risky but its also full meter bars...so dont worry this is for show only.
@onreload You sure about that? At 1:49 he has three bars. He uses one for the ex fireball and then uses his last two for an ex DM which leaves him at zero, but he still somehow does another DM after that.
@pharoahoffunk No no, the DM flash you see, the blue one where he does the Haoh Shokouken - that's part of his EX DM with all the punches/kicks. Check out any other Ryo combo from XIII
@MrDonkeydong155 The game's not necessarily designed with these in mind though. Like that Athena combo at the beginning, I doubt they made that intentional. Though, it's not game breaking or anything, more like exploiting, which is totally fine in fighting games.
@KellyNUTS They have more than one person in their staff you know. The person making this video most likely doesn't have anything to do with the development of the game. They're usually from a different group.
@dapithapon These really aren't infinites since most of them require a full power stock and hyper gauge and usually in a corner to pull them off. In a game against an opponent also trying to fight back you rarely have the opportunity to pull these off. It's not impossible, it's just rare and very difficult to initiate the combo.
dont get scared by seein these combos cuz in live play peoples movement and mind games make this hard 2 pull off unless your gonna stand there and the combos aint that easy like sum fighting games so enjoy
@evilkorpse Because these combos will hardly happen in actual matches, these are to show the freedom you have with the combo system and what thecharacters are capable of.
@mgbenz I know what u mean, but SNKP could at least address the netcode issue in a 20second video, the same person who put this up could do it! Why u always making bad choices SNKP? Is there someone from Capcom secretly working for your company and destroying it from the inside? or are u just plain old doing it to yourselves?
I doubt they would work on many characters besides Goro & Raiden, SNK should stop wasting time posting these vids and be working on the netcode patch FFS!!
