Yes, you can use a normal wet/dry sand paper. You can start from #150-200 and end #600-800 I suppose.

エンボスヒーターを試したことがないのですが、熱をあてること自体はおそらく問題ないと思います（ただし100度以下推奨） しかしながら、エポキシ樹脂のように気泡消し目的で熱であぶる手法がジェスモナイトでも有効なのかは未確認です。

Yes you can. But it depends on flowers. Some flowers might go bad in Jesmonite. Dried flower is safer.

But you can seal them with wax, Acrylic sealer, or urethane coating if you want.
