This is such an underrated channel. Love the music with the sounds of methodical work. It is peaceful just watching. Love the no fuss and no talking. Just beautiful bikes and giving them the love they deserve. More like this please.

an Inspiration to watch. I have had a love affair with motorcycles most of my life. I have worked in tech most of my life and I have provided for my family. my children are now fully grown. I want to go back to college and learn how to be a mechanic and to learn fabrication and welding so badly. I have watched your videos with relish. thanks love the music too

Beautiful video again from 46 works. But I couldn't help but notice the complete lack of weld/penetration inside the Y of the collector...This would have been an instant fail in some of the places I have worked and would never have got past QC.

Awesome craftsmanship, thank you for sharing. May I ask, what are the springs for on a Ti pipe, which is not found on the welded stock exhaust? (for vibration perhaps?) ✌️

Thank you very much. The springs are for fixing. The stock is band fixed, but this is spring fixed.

I have a 2009 BMW R 1200 R and I would love to have a 46Works exhaust system on it. Impecable craftsmanship, the muffler alone is something to behold and I can see real horsepower gains to be had. Respect, Sir!

good morning from Argentina. excellent work and dedication. I've been watching your videos on two cylinder bicycles with opposite cylinders (like the BMW R nine T). The truth is that here they are very difficult to find and also too expensive for my pocket. I was wondering if there is the possibility of making a motorcycle of these characteristics with a decarlo bmw engine 600cc or 700cc. Please tell me what you think.

Thank you for watching. I'm not sure because I haven't seen decarlo bmw engine.However, I saw at the pictures of the engine, you may be able to combine it with the BMW motorcycle transmission.

yup, some people in my country using car engine and put motorcycle gearbox on it, but the down side is the overall bike is going to be too long, and if u looking for engine mods reference, u can search psyco engine indonesia, they've make boxer engine out of a single cylinder honda gl 200r / tiger, then even make a radial 5 engine, and I'm not belittling 46 works by any means, I straightly fall in love to the way they styling the old boxer racer when I see it 1st time on bikeexif

Nice workmanship. Are there no new gaskets required at the cylinder head joints or an ECU remap after fitting the exhaust?

We haven't filmed the video, but use a new gasket.This exhaust is designed so that good performance can be achieved without remapping the ECU.

Thank you! It is an O2 sensor. Modern bikes are all equipped.

エギゾースト側じゃない車体の方にワイヤが繋がってる黒いボックスみたいなのがあるからそれをネジ外して分解してみてください。中に引っ掛けてるワイヤー外せば簡単に取れます。ワイヤーはずすだけだからcpuでエラーとか吐きません。

This is not realistic enough haha - the header bolts on the bike should have snapped and gave you a lot of shit. There's no swearing and you are not missing your 10mm spanner all the time! Love the videos man. I really appreciate the craft

Haha! This is the original exhaust system I made. The weight is 7kg lighter than the genuine product. It has a sharp engine and a good sound.I think you should use the genuine one.
