Attended an aviation maintenance school where someone had written their name on a titanium alloy exhaust pipe with a pencil and it burned through the pipe. At least that's the story our instructors warned us about. Didn't realize titanium was an option for bikes though.

I just discovered this channel a few hours ago. This is by far the best motorcycle building channel on YT. I wish you would do even more long feature videos. The skill and editing of the videos is out of this world.

Thanks for sharing this video. After i watched this i try to make my own bending. First attemp i did not make any good bend but this video show to me how much heat i should put in the pipe and what is the right place to heat. Second attemp works fine, it is not perfect and i dont have right torch but maybe some day i got right torch and bending is easier with right tools. Thank You !

had a go at bending with sand a lot harder than it looks mine worked but wasn,t to pritey this guy makes it look easy sine or a real craftsman
