Yes, these are 0.8mm 4N silver wires. The purpose of improving DCR and stray capacitance is not so great. It may be disadvantageous in terms of electromagnetic induction. The biggest motivation is DIY. The soft and bendable wire is perfect for beautiful wiring. and the power transformer is shielded and far away.
