For those who are not Chinese or can read English, this is absolutely NOT authentic Taijiquan. True Taijiquan movements are boring and do not twist your body with nonsense movements. What you are watching here was designed purely for stage performance and should be called Taiji “dance”. Some will not agree with me but I stand by my words.
