今回は、ボトルホルダー（ボトルスリングノット）をパラコードで作ってみました。この編み方は、ウォーターボトルやペットボトルなど水筒に巻くことで 持ちやすさ、携帯性を簡単に上げることができます。

「動画説明」
結び方は、
左の紐が下で、右の紐が上になるように輪を作ります。
はじめに、上の紐で上から裏に1回巻き、輪に左方向に通して引き絞ります。
次に下の紐で、上から裏に1回巻いて左から右方向に輪に通します。
これで可動する結び目ができたら完成です。

First of all, win one turn from the top to the back with the top string, draw it to the wheel in the left direction and draw.
Next, with the lower string, wind one turn from the top to the back and pass through the loop from left to right.
Once you have a knot that can be moved, it will be completed.
