Hi, here are some references and elaborations :)

The title of this song is 人间惊鸿客;
人间= world of people, human world, mortal world
惊鸿 refers to a startled swan goose that takes flight. It comes from Cao Zhi's poem 'Ode to the Luo Goddess' (written in Three Kingdoms period) to describe the beauty of the goddess. Later, people use this to describe a woman's posture and figure as light as a swan goose taking flight.
客 = guest, visitor
When I searched this phrase up, the following kept coming up, I'm not sure if this is a poem or an explanation for this phrase.
我是檐上三寸雪,你是人间惊鸿客。 你我就像相交的线,相遇了却越走越远
Rough translation: I am the three inches of snow upon the eaves, you are 人间惊鸿客. You and I are like intersecting lines, having met but the the distance between keeps increasing the further we walk (on the path of life).
Seems like the phrase is mainly used to refer to 'romantic' emotions/ fascination, almost like love at first sight but unable to meet again. Just like snow on the eaves and the swan goose taking flight, our encounter is short and I am captivated by the memory of you. The guest who you chance upon and is captivated by their appearance and temperament but cannot get more than a glimpse and so they are imprinted into your memory.
The song seems to be describing such a situation of the narrator being stunned by a passerby and so 'disturbed half a lifetime pining' after that memory. Writing poems and telling stories until the candle is exhausted.

眷恋 refers to feeling deeply nostalgic for a person or place. Being attached to someone/ somewhere and unable to let them go. After years of separation yet one still feels that longing in the heart.
Singer: 叶里 Ye Li
Lyrics: JBS-洋尘 (Yang Chen)
Composition: JBS-杨语荞 (Yang YuQiao)
Arrangement: 陶云霏 Tao YunFei
