Clear your stomach! How to make Gobo Shirishiri
1. Wash the burdock root and cut it into thin strips. 2. Put the burdock root, vinegar, and water in a frying pan. 3. Turn on the heat to medium, cover, and steam for about 2 minutes. 4. After about 2 minutes, remove the lid and let the water evaporate. 5. Once the water has evaporated, let it cool a little, add soy sauce, and mix well. 6. Add ground sesame seeds and mix well to finish.
