八卦掌 BA GUA ZHANG Yuan Zumou teachings 

Walking in circles is the heart of Bagua Zhang, but it is also a fundamental exercise of Shuai Jiao, Chinese wrestling. Here as the master Yuan Zumou teaches the step in a circle in his Shou Bo project. The Shou Bo includes three levels: fighting Xiang Bo without holds to the suit (similar to Taiji Tui Shou) fighting Shuai Jiao with holds to the suit and finally Shou Bo fighting which also adds kicks and punches to the two previous levels.

Qui come il maestro Yuan Zumou insegna il passo in cerchio nel suo progetto Shou Bo. Lo Shou Bo comprende tre livelli: combattimento Xiang Bo senza prese al vestito (simile al Taiji Tui Shou) combattimento Shuai Jiao con le prese al vestito e infine combattimento Shou Bo che ai due livelli precedenti aggiunge anche i calci e pugni.
