A.面团
糯米粉 70g
粘米粉 50g
面粉 20g
糖粉 55g
牛奶 250g
玉米油 10g
▶蒸熟的面团重量: 约450g
B.芋泥馅
芋头 350g(净重)
紫薯 18g
细砂糖 95g
食盐 1/8茶匙
玉米油 25g
清水 约60g
炒好的馅料重量: 约510g
➡️紫薯是调色作用。像视频中深色的紫薯,添加的量佔芋头重量的4%-6%就能得到粉紫的颜色。这主要是按紫薯色泽的深浅来决定哦!
