( make sure after you started the egine first ) for stepping the brake completely when accident happened. also, pre-drive check list: examiner only ask you to turn on the left and right turn signal for once but wait until examiner say turn off coz they also need to check if your signal working well. please go to the qualified driving school training center to get professional training first. I am pretty sure that there is no rule for what you said about the seat adjustment. I own a 2010 honda civic and there is no way for me to see the 1/4 of the front of my car even I adjust my seat to the highest. So, same situation for the owner whose car has short head also cannot follow the "seat adjustment" rule. And also, all the sport cars and super cars' owners are all not able to do that. And the head in parking? I don't know where did you hear that but I am pretty sure that there is no rule for that, at least in ohio. Whatever you head in parking or back in parking, it is allowed. Some of the parking space are not even straight, you even cannot do the back in parking in those kind of parking lots coz it is illegal. And most people will do head in parking because it is much easier than back in parking. (By the way, I think you mixed up the meanings of "head in parking" and "back in parking") I don't know which state you are in, but I am in ohio and some of your sayings are quite not satisfied in ohio. The turning signals are both in the front and back. So in ohio, the examiner will ask you to turn on and turn off the turning signalsfor front first and do it again for the back and also you should honk the horn to make sure it is working. By the way, it is not that hard to download the chinese input program, just go to www.baidu.com and type in "sougoupinyin" then click "立即下载", you will get the chinese input program!!!
