If anyone plan to go to Canada with limited budget, the first thing they need to prepare is learn the basic cooking and baking before they come to Canada. Since eating out is very expenses, but the raw ingredients are tax free. egg, milk, rice, flour, sugar and oil are very affordable, and you can buy meat in family pack. you can budget to have a good and healthy meal plan for C$200 a month. As i said, the second day you land in Canada is to set a meal plan for yourself for two weeks, get a TTC pass, and locate the nearby library and community employment support agency. There is a will and there is a way. if you are 港男, 港女, and rely on "姐姐", and support from parents, then even 100K wont enough for you.

There is one most important cost that you forgot to add: medical insurance. You are better buy a medical insurance before you leave Home Town ( for example, Hongkong). only you get a job, then you and your employer would pay the medical premium, and bill the expenses to Ontario government. Otherwise, you have to pay it out of your pocket. doctor Consultation is C$40 per visit not including prescription. it is not much compared to ambulance is C$200/ trip, IV injection, x ray is another fee in the hospital. and roughly it is C$1000/night inclusive in the hospital

Why have to restrict yourself, there is one way, I would suggest to buy a round trip ticket instead of one way, and treat it as a flexible working holiday with the PR application option. According to my budget plan, HK$50k can last for 3 months at least, and it is impossible not to get a short term, temp job during the three months, even one day work can stretch out to stay one more day to live in Toronto.
