You have difficulty setting the top hook I don't like it when I run double hooks I run them on the same line very similar to that but you get a full hook sat on all both sets
What is this rig used for? Can anyone explain? Why have the smaller hook? I assume the movable hook is to adjust to length of bait? Any explanation would be very helpful. Curious.. thanks!
+kalo93406 Usually when you hook a piece of soft bait such as squid, it will not look too presentable. I mean it will curl up and stuck together. With the small adjustable rider hook on top will straighten out the squid. It will also work on bait fish. Thanks for your support.

Hi Chris, you don't have to purchase anything, a household item such as spray tube from you WD-40 Oil spray, or even coffee stirrer. Dan was right on, a used pen ink tube will make a perfect one.
