430g small chicken leg 15 cc soya sauce 20 ml mirin (original not sweeten) 20cc rice vinegar 40 ml sake(Japanese cooking alcohol. but i usually replace that with Chinese cooking rice alcohol ) spring onion
味醂 in English is Mirin. She uses the unsweeten one, but I don't think it makes much difference. You can find it in most Asian super market, or Whole Food.
