Descente is a Japanese sports apparel maker, similar to North Face or Patagonia here, I'm guessing. Ski stuff but other sports too from the looks of it. Ohtani has been a spokesman for them so I felt this video was showing the company inviting him to their HQ/factory for a tour, to show him how they create the fabrics and demonstrate the tech they use to create clothing for athletes. Notice how they used a scanner to scan his body as he replicated his pitching motion. He had to stand still & hold his breath for a bit while it scanned him; that's why he did a big exhale when they told him he could breathe again. Then you could see what appeared to me to be thermal images of the heated areas on his torso. This is probably how they develop fabrics that wick moisture away from the parts of an athlete's body that get hottest, or where to put vent holes, utilize fabrics that have some give where the body movements require it, etc. Pretty interesting stuff to me but then I've always thought factory tours were pretty cool.
