An easy recipe on how to make cream buns-coconut cream buns (奶油包-椰絲奶油包做法)
Ingredients:
1) Make Tang Zhong: 制作湯種
25g bread flour - 25 克高筋麵粉 (2湯匙)
75ml water - 75ml 水
2) Make Dough: 制作麵團
275g bread flour - 275 克高筋麵粉
30g butter - 30 克牛油
125ml warm water - 125 毫升温水
7g active dried yeast - 7 克酵母 (2 茶匙)
50g sugar - 50 克糖
1 egg - 1 雞蛋
1/2 tsp salt - 1/2 茶匙鹽
3) Topping & Filling:
1 tsp honey/syrup - 1 茶匙蜂蜜/糖漿
1 tsp hot water - 1 茶匙热開水
250ml double/whipping cream-250毫升雙倍/淡奶油
25g caster sugar - 25 克细砂糖
~10g desiccated coconut - 约10 克椰絲
