Golden yolk lava effect in middle, so fragrant, mouth-watering ~ 提示: =流心馅煮一下即可,煮过度变浓,流心效果不好。冷却冻硬才好整形包馅。 =奶黄馅煮得刚好成团即可,煮过度出油。 =月饼面团一定要冻硬再烤,不然容易裂开露馅。 =收藏方式:做好温吃流心效果最佳。冷却后收密封容器,室温3-5天。吃前Toaster弄热回温回流心。 hint: =Cook Lava filling just for a while will do, if overcooked become thickened, the lava effect won’t be good. Chill and freeze until hard to shape and wrap the filling. =Cook custard filling till just right to form dough, overcooking will produce oil separation. =Mooncake dough must be frozen hard before baking, otherwise easy to cause crack and fillings leakage. =Storage Method: Lava effect is the best eaten warm after baked. After cooling, store in an airtight container at room temperature for 3-5 days. Before eating, reheat with toaster, let warm to enjoy lava center.
Hi, was wondering how is the sweetness level since you had made it? I used a similar recipe with the same amount of sugar but didn't think it was sweet at all nor I can taste the egg yolk in the lava filling? Can you taste the salted egg yolk and sweetness?
