I just made the orange huat Kueh n it was so successful. Love the simple steps n viola each of my Kueh was smiling so beautifully. Never did it so well, tq tq
Hi Mr Peter, thx for the recipe. I did the Pandan huat kueh, the bloom were pretty, very fragrant n easy to make, but when eating the kueh it tend to stick to the teeth. Can advice why is that so ? 🙏🙏
Mr Peter Wish you have prosperity new year ! for orange huat kueh can use orange zest topping, can use normal cooking oil I don't have corn oil & can skip salt? Using fresh orange juice or sunkist syrup better ? I try pandan before I put salt become salty huat kueh.
I made 2x today the first batch was well formed n split nicely but the 2nd batch did not split beautifully so I wonder if it's the blending part that went wrong
