In this video, I'll share my mom's Steamed Pork Belly with Taro/Kao Bak Recipe with you. Hope you like it.😊
Ingredients:
600g Taro
600g Pork Belly
The sauce:
4Tbsp garlic
1&1/2Tbsp Sugar
1Tbsp Corn Starch
1Tbsp Five-spice Powder
2&1/2cubes red fermented bean curd
1Tbsp oyster sauce
1Tbsp sesame oil
1Tbsp Shaoxing Wine
1Tbsp dark soy sauce
2/3 cup meat stock

suuhui chun你好😊只要把肉盖好,开盖加热水是不会影响口感的,蒸得越久越好吃😊

suuhui如果锅小,蒸的时候一开始用大火,过后就可以开小火,只是蒸的时间要长一·些。😊

老师你好,3:14如果用烤箱烤肉的话170度是用多久才能烤至金黄,中途需要翻面吗?
