I think xiaxue 's mandarin is way better than her English, in terms of pronunciation,fluency and grammar : ) Her mandarin is almost perfect !!!!! actually perfect :) well done
her English is very fluent but Singaporeans have a very strong accent and different slang. I would say her English is better than Mandarin as she has no difficulties when she speaks it, not sure if her mother tongue is English or something else though!

A lot of Singaporeans actually don't speak Chinese! Though are likely to understand a little at least. They most commonly speak English and one/some of the many official languages of Singapore.
i think most people speaks chinese mixed with english. so if you were to use only Chinese, it might be a little difficult because we dont usually practise that. hence the stutters here and there. but that doesnt mean our mandarin is bad. hahaha
