姜丝麻油鸡蛋 Ginger Sesame Oil Egg - Simple and hearty eggs recipe | Confinement dishes 坐月子吃的菜
Hey everyone, welcome back to g8stromania. In this week, my mom will take over the channel and share with you guys a recipe known as Ginger Sesame Oil egg, a dish she once ate during her confinement period. This dish is surprisingly easy to make and is really hearty, the type of homecook meal you miss after not coming home in a few weeks.
For this recipe, you will be needing the following ingredients:
3 eggs
50g ginger
50g dried mushrooms
2 tbsp sesame oil
Some cilantro for garnish
Steps:
1. Fry ginger strips in 2 tbsp sesame oil after heating it up.
2. Remove ginger once golden brown, fry eggs in same wok.
3. Once eggs are cooked, add water and dried mushrooms.
4. Simmer for 5 minutes, season and serve.
