You can really tell by the upper body, that it is a guy. Not that it matters. I find a guy dressing up as a girl playing guitar rather interesting. I am 100% straight.
Guys, the Adam's Apple isn't JUST for men. Women can have them too, only if they have really low and deep voices. There are some with oices so low that they would have Adam's Apples as well, so think about that.

Guys.....i think he`s a guy....but too pretty for a guy....but he/she ROCKS..it doesn`t really matter if he/she is in the gender proper...but sometimes gender counts...just observing...try search youtube for all guitar covers here...mostly they are guys but some are not. Dressing like a girl i suppose...
@MsKawaiiKitsune a lot of kei rockers grow out their hair to be like girls. I am pretty sure he is a guy but it really does not matter either way. He is just one BAMF of a guitarist :D
@jonaqwerty You do know that woman have Adams apples right? It's just more noticeable on men because their larynx grows larger, but some woman do have a more noticeable adams apple than others.
