我現在每天早上食牛奶衝麥皮,兩個蛋白,一個奇異果,下午就鯪魚滑番茄面或者米粉,一個蘋果,晚上喝蕃茄薯仔大眼雞或煮紅衫魚煲豬骨.食少少咋渣.飯後一個橙,11:00睡覺喝一杯牛奶或者豆漿.

你好,我是懷孕中的媽媽,已經32週了,想問我去產檢照超聲波時,醫生話我bb所有size都正常,但係肚腩比正常size較肥和偏大, 叫我食少d甜野,其實我一向飲食都清淡,零食和糖都少食,好注意飲食的,點解都會令bb肚腩肥和偏大? 有無咩飲食指南可以再指導下? 我係瘦底唔肥㗎,平時食量亦同以前生之前差不多,無大增過,飯量每餐都是正常份量一碗而已,如果食粥會揀有料嘅例如瘦肉粥...間中會吃蒸包例如菜肉包...甜野其實都好少食㗎真係...

我怀孕七周,但是身体很累,吃不下东西,呕吐🤮的厉害,舌头发白中间有点黄,是湿热的症状吗?有什么办法祛湿呢!?
