很多人说他唱不出家驹的味道，我就奇怪了，为什么一定要唱出家驹的味道？无可否认，原唱的绝对好听，但是别忘了这是歌唱比赛，不是模仿节目，要唱就得唱出自己的风格来

雖然不能跟原唱比 但是曹格真的唱得很棒

超喜欢他的表演，唱出了态度，自由，对梦想的热情。 完美！曹格加油！

其实当你们在批评曹格over acting的时候，有没有想过其实那就是真实的他，他经历过那么多重创和负面新闻，现在有这个舞台，还有这首歌那么符合他的心情，而且这个舞台本来就是要“表演”唱歌。不是你像一支木头酱傻傻站在那里，就能得高分的。

好有霸气。简直就是王者风范

曹格唱得不错。 这首歌曲需要好歌声的歌手来演唱，曹格就是其中一位。

马来西亚的华人大多会广东话，和福建话的。ok!

曹格真是太厲害了，難得一見的歌手，非常到位！

我觉得很多人都很好奇为什么他会唱广东歌。其实在马来西亚土生土长的华裔，基本上都会超过3种语言。华语，英语，马来语，闽南语，客家和广东都是基本的。多数做生意的人都能是说上5种或以上。但是缺点也明显，能通不能精，多少会被第一母语或其他语言影响口音。而且也会有很多本土化的特征。所以，比起道地的香港人，他确实有些口音和咬字不准。但是，比起很多非香港歌手，他已经好非常多了。

说实话曹格这首歌这么个唱法这样的编曲人们从视频看来确实他唱的有点“恶俗”，这么唱也是为了突围成功必须要讨好现场那些观众的欣赏水平吧。 但是没有人能说他唱成这样是overacting，是虚伪，是狗血，因为整个一首歌中炽热的感情，都是真真实实从曹格的心里面迸发出来的，我们也是能真真实实感受到他唱出的那种令人震撼的渴望的。 曹格本身也不是摇滚嗓，他的爵士啊R&B啊什么的玩起来都比这个专业多了， 能把这首海阔天空唱成这样，这么有爆发力，也体现了他唱功的全面性啊，换成其他某某人唱这首歌，真不一定能成啥样。。。

好有氣勢的曹格！加油！

This is the best song(show) I've ever 'watched', even in front of my laptop I was so touched. The live music is totally different from the ones on CD. For this song, if you watched all the shows before, and know how he lost at the beginning, his pressure, his struggle, his disappointment, you will understand why he perform this song in such a way. Like he said, he's here to take back what he had lost. I saw much more than just an outstanding performance here, but how a man face defeat, pick up the pieces, swallow the pain, and come back with a better self to keep fighting. I know the show was design to look like this, maybe more dramatic than actual. But still, in an arena that each fighter bet all their past, their skills, their reputation, their honor, win or lose, they all have my respect.

for a Hong Kong born Chinese who speak Cantonese as her mother language , his Cantonese is definitely great for a non-native speaker. I understand that it's quite difficult for a non-native like him to correct those "sh-" in PTH, just like we Hong konger will sometimes speak English with Cantonese accent. his arrangement of the song is nice. but for me, I don't really like some "punk"-like style. he involved his own style in a well-known song that performed by others sooooo many times, he was not influenced by those former performer of this song. I appreciate him

First I will say,he is did a really good job.I can feel his heart and dream,even his rugged course. As a Macau guy,I was shocked by his Cantonese,I can't say prefect but its good enough for a Malaysian. Gary,if you can see mine,I really wanna tell you that you are not ugly,you are a real Man!keep going,Gary!

I can't hate his Cantonese because my Cantonese accent is equally crappy rofl, so I think he did a really good job. Riling up the audience and engaging the audience comes with being a singer, so I think he did fantastic!

As a Malaysian born Chinese only few states in Malaysia which cantonese is the mother tongue for Chinese and Sabahan like Gary most probably he is much fluent with Hakka or Mandarin. I spoke cantonese all the rest in my life and my 2nd language will be Malay English and Mandarin. I admit that his cantonese is abit weird too as a Malaysian. LOL

重点这首歌实在太经典，像我一个出身大马南部祖籍海南福建，不会粤语的都会唱了（当然发音很不标准）BEYOND的歌常常在电台播，都耳熟能详了。

It is not by luck that a singer is in. It is simply if the audience like the performance or not. They can like or dislike for their own simple reasons and we cannot change that but can only have our views of a singer. Well done Gary! As long as you enjoyed it and the audience enjoyed it, nothing else matters.
