比良比叡トレイルを歩いてみました。No.2-2琵琶湖展望の道、烏谷山/堂満岳。Trekking the Biwako Hira Hiei Trail. Biwako Valley. 

琵琶湖西岸の坂本から朽木（くつき）までの山稜を結ぶ比良比叡トレイル。奈良時代から山岳信仰の霊場だった世界遺産である延暦寺のある比叡山と、眼下に琵琶湖が広がる比良山地を結ぶ総距離約55kmのこのトレイルを3回に分けて歩いてみました。
初回はJR比叡山坂本駅からスタートし、比叡山を経由して仰木峠を通過し、還来神社までを歩きました。今回は2日目の後半。前回びわ湖バレイに到着。今回はびわ湖バレイから金糞峠を経由し、JR比良駅までを歩きます。
The "Biwako Hira Hiei Trail" connects the mountain ridge from Sakamoto to Kutsuki on the western shore of Lake Biwa. The trail, about 55 km in total, connects Mt. Hiei, the World Heritage Enryakuji temple, which has been a sacred site of mountain worship since the Nara period, and the Hira mountain range, with Lake Biwa spread out below.
The first part of the trail starts from JR Hieizan Sakamoto Station, passes through Mt. Hieizan, passes over the Ogi Pass, and ends at Modoroki Shrine.
This is the second half of the 2nd day. Last time I arrived at Biwako Valley. This time I will walk from Biwako Valley to JR Hira Station via Kanekuso touge Pass.
