110g 酸忌廉
1.5 湯匙 糖霜
1.5 湯匙 淡忌廉

預熱: 180 oC 5 分鐘
包錫箔紙180oC 焗 20分鐘
取走錫箔紙160oC 焗 15分鐘
放涼之後, 上酸忌廉糖霜

68 g whipping cream

10 g pastry flour (Sorry: typo in Video that it is 100g)
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp fresh lemon juice
Sour Cream Icing Topping
110g Sour Cream
1.5 spoon Icing Sugar
Philips HD9743/11 Airfryer Twin TurboStar
6 inch cake moulding
Preheat: 180 oC x 5 minutes
180oC for 20 minutes (with aluminum foil)
160oC for 15 minutes (with aluminum foil)
Cool down a bit then put the sour cream glaze
