Thank you so much for the great recipe video. It was a very surprising recipe for me. Until now, I've always sautéed or deep-fried them since I pre-treated them with egg whites. However, the treatment in boiling water is very surprising. I would like to ask if it is not rude. Is there a reason to treat it with egg white and fry it after boiling, rather than treating it with egg white after boiling and frying? Maybe it's because I don't know the meaning of pre-processing egg white properly... Thank you so much to Wonderful Recipe !!!

Thank you so much you like my videos, the shrimp in boiling water once is enough, if you do it again, it will overcook and will be too hard for the shrimp
