This is the Majikina Honryu's famous Sosaku Buyo "Watanjya" created by Okinawa's first Living Cultural Treasure Majikina Yukoh Iemoto. The dance depicts the life of the people in Ryukyu. Traveling to Watanjya in the bune are the Sendo, Tofu Uru Onna, Uchi no mei, Sakana uru Onna, Bozu of Okinotera, Jurigwaa, Nabenaku, Buta uru Onna. The people dancing are all different Sensei's from other dojo's learning this for their own experience of doing Yukoh Sensei's great work. Today his daughters Yoshinae & Yoshino Majikina are the Sohke of this dance academy. Some of the hand motions are not exactly the same it seems that some of these Sensei have placed their own nuances to the part.
