步骤:
1. 将面粉、盐和水混合,揉成中等硬度的面团,醒面25分钟。
2. 准备馅料:将鸡蛋打散煎熟,切碎韭菜和泡好的粉条,与其他调味料混合。
3. 将面团分成4份,每份擀成薄圆饼。
4. 在面饼上铺满馅料,留出边缘,卷起并封口。
5. 将卷好的菜蟒放入已抹油的蒸笼中。
6. 水烧开后,中大火蒸8分钟即可。

Recipe:
Ingredients:
- 200g medium-gluten flour
- 110g water
- 2-3g salt
- Chives, as needed
- 3-4 eggs
- Vermicelli noodles, as needed
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- A small amount of soy sauce
- 1 small teaspoon of kelp powder
- A small amount of dried shrimp
- A pinch of black pepper powder
Steps:
1. Mix the flour, salt, and water, knead into a medium-hard dough, and let it rest for 25 minutes.
2. Prepare the filling: Scramble and cook the eggs, chop the chives and soaked vermicelli noodles, then mix with other seasonings.
3. Divide the dough into 4 portions, roll each into a thin round sheet.
4. Spread the filling on each dough sheet, leaving space at the edges, then roll up and seal.
5. Place the rolled vegetable pythons in an oiled steamer basket.
6. Once the water is boiling, steam over medium-high heat for 8 minutes.
