When making scrambled eggs, it's essential to control the cooking time precisely, avoiding undercooking or overcooking. Although this is a straightforward recipe using basic ingredients, it results in an extraordinary taste. Additionally, you can use the sautéed shrimp heads to make a flavorful "shrimp stock," which adds an extra layer of deliciousness to the dish.

这要看买的虾仁有没有底味,可以灼熟一只尝尝,没有底味用盐糖腌一下,有腥味就放点胡椒粉和绍酒。
